Announcement of the Second Scholarship for Children of Foreign Spouses

First of all, I would like to express my sincerest gratitude to all the outstanding applicants who participated in the selection process for the "Second Scholarship for Children of Foreign Spouses".

The Sheng Yao Foundation is committed to providing substantial support to promising second-generation immigrants, eliminating economic and cultural barriers, and ensuring that every outstanding talent can enjoy fair development opportunities and learning environments.
