Award objectives:

Aimed at promoting and raising awareness of women's equality and strengthening gender equality for women in academic and employment opportunities, the Women's Leadership Award was established to support female students or professionals with potential and aspirations for leadership development.

Applicant Qualifications:

1. Female students aged 18 or above (college or equivalent) with good academic performance and active participation in on-campus or off-campus clubs or leadership positions.

2. Working women aged 35 and under with relevant work experience who demonstrate leadership potential or achievements.

Application period: September 20, 2014 - November 15, 2014

Prize Amount: NT$30,000 per winner
